We recently moved into our new house at the River Edge. Keith and Tim with the Biltmore Homes have made our dream house come true. They are great people to work with. Throughout the entire building process, they have taken care of us very well. Not only did they listen to our questions and suggestions, but also response and communicate to us promptly. They always try to help us figure out a sound and better solution when it comes time to resolve an issue.
Keith and Tim are honest and respectful. We thank them sincerely. We love our new house! We would highly recommend Biltmore to anyone who either wants to build a customized home or to buy an existing home built by Biltmore Homes in the market.

“We had been searching over 2 years for a one story home when we met Keith at Biltmore homes. Previously all we could find were 2 story homes and that’s just not what we wanted anymore. Keith showed us some floor plans and when we settled on one the custom building began.
The construction of the home was a lot of fun and Keith kept us in the process from beginning to end which gave us the opportunity to add all the special touches we wanted in our new home. It only took about 4 months and our home was finished and fully customized to our liking. It was a great experience with a wonderful, caring builder. We lived in the same 2 story home in Broken Arrow for 32 years. After our only child finished college and moved out, the upstairs area was very seldom used.
In January 2010, we decided to begin our search for a single story, new home in the 2,500-3,000 sq ft range. With our realtor, we searched the area for over 2 months with no luck.
We then saw a home in the Bixby Woodcreek area which we liked very much. Much to our regret, we learned that it had just been sold. This home had many finer appointments and was built by Biltmore.
We then had the opportunity to visit another of the Biltmore homes under construction in the Legends area. We liked this style even more.
Quiet frankly, our great hesitation was the fact that we had heard in the past many horror stories about having a home built. In fact, two of the ladies working in my office had horror stories of their own, with one having to move out of their new home.
As a businessman for 35 plus years, I believe I have learned a lot about people and have somewhat of an ability to know whom to trust and whom to stay away from.
After meeting Keith and Crystal, my feeling was this was a contract we should sign. Our realtor agreed with our decision 100%.
We were told we could take part in the construction as much or as little as we chose to do. I must say the experience was as pleasurable as could possibly be. If Keith saw something that did not look quiet right to his experienced eye, he had the workers tear it out and do it correctly.
We are quiet happy and proud of our new home. Our friends tell us it is one of the nicest homes they have been in.

I have built two homes prior to this and my recent home construction experience with Keith Sprik and Biltmore Homes was by far the most positive. Being empty nester’s, my wife and I were looking for a home that would accommodate our new life style. However, finding builders who are willing to build a one story home, with higher quality materials, and in a reasonable price range was a real challenge. I believe the Lord led us to Keith Sprik.
I have found that Keith is a man of integrity and has a moral compass for doing the right thing. I felt I was in a partnership in the project rather than just buying a house.
Keith was always open to suggestions and took the time to guide us through the whole project. He made sure that we were involved in every stage of the construction. He continued to follow up to make sure that everything was functioning properly after the move in.
We were drawn to the Biltmore home style because we were able to walk through a completed home and then customize areas according to our life style and design preferences. Our new home is very comfortable. We just entertained 25 people for 4 days during the holidays and the house accommodated the activities very well: plenty of work stations in the kitchen and comfortable areas to visit and entertain.
